How long will I have for set up and clean-up for my event?

Each rental time slot has setup and breakdown time already included within the time frame. If you would like more time, select the add on for additional time. Typically 2 hours are needed for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. 

Can I add extra time to my reservation?

Yes. The 8 hr (all day) event rentals are flexible to give you early or late access to the venue. You may decide your start and end times, ending no later than 12am. If your event will require more than 8 hrs, you may add additional time by selecting the appropriate hourly add on during booking . Our 6 hr event rentals typically will not allow additional time to be added unless there are no other events booked that day. These can be determined on a case by case scenario. Luxespace allows a 15 minute grace period beyond your reservation time. If your event extends beyond the grace period, you may forfeit your security deposit. 

Can I rent the venue for the entire day?

Yes. you may reserve the the venue for up to 12 hours. Select the 8 hr rental option, then select the add on for the appropriate hourly addition. 

When will I receive my security deposit refund.

We will thoroughly inspect the venue after your event to ensure we dont have to repair any damage. You can expect the security deposit in 5-7 business days depending on your bank. 

What is the max capacity allowed at events?

The max capacity is 150 guests. If the guest count exceeds 150 people, your event may be shut down due to a violation of Luxespace rules and regulations. 

Can I bring my own caterer, decor and event planner?

Yes. You or your event planner may provide  catering and decor. Luxespace does not offer any catering options or beverage services. 

Can I book an event for my child that is under 21?

Yes, you may book an event for persons under 21 years old. However, you my provide a valid photo ID and must also be present for the duration of the event.
